How much does delivery cost?

We've kept delivery costs simple.

Orders valued over $200 are delivered free of charge.

Orders valued under $200 will incur a $28 delivery fee.

What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren’t available when the courier partner knocked at your door, and you have opted for a cold container to store your order, then the courier will leave your order in a safe place.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to delivery orders placed between 10am-2pm Monday to Wednesday within two business days.

If your order is received after the cut off time, we will do
our best to get your order completed and delivered on the same week but cannot guarantee this will be possible.

When will the deliveries take place?

Our courier partner will try to deliver between 8:00 and 18:00. If you cannot be there at a certain hour, try to see if someone else can be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to many postcodes in NSW, Queensland and the ACT
and have implemented a postcode check feature.

Please enter your delivery postcode on the first checkout screen in order to determine whether delivery to the postcode is supported.

How will I be notified about my order?

If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An e-mail or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order.

We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.
Also the delivery driver will call you on the day of delivery.
